Hi, my name is Anastasia, and I am a qualified specialist in unlocking human potential and building emotional immunity.

I work with people who are genuinely tired of feeling the way they do.  People who are ready to move beyond recurring emotional pain - whether it shows up as anger, sadness, anxiety, frustration, jealousy, or persistent stress that seems to return again and again. People who are willing to take responsibility for creating a different internal experience.

Many of my clients already understand their pain and their patterns. They have 'worked on themselves' and tried to create change — and yet, the same negative emotions continue to take over.  This is where my work begins.

Change does not come from endless analysis and revisiting the past.

At Nebula Cortex, we use a patented, structured process designed to identify and transform the emotional patterns behind painful reactions — not just understand them.

My interest in psychology and neuroscience has developed over many years, but most approaches I encountered remained within analysis. When I discovered this method, it stood apart immediately. It offered something different: it offered a solution to the problem.

When I began applying it to my own emotional pains and grievances, the shifts were precise, powerful, and often unexpected — without the need to revisit or dwell on distressing experiences.

You’re not here to be analysed, and I’m not here to fix you.

This is a collaborative process. You will be actively involved during the session and throughout the integration that follows — because real change is not observed, it is built.

During the session, we will identify the pattern and transform the trigger behind your emotional pain into leverage. From there, we will begin establishing a new neural pathway and uncover what I call the antidote — a unique, personalised element that allows the new response to take hold and stabilise over time.

For the new pathway to become natural and reliable, it needs reinforcement. This is why the 49-day integration phase after the session is an essential part of the process. This is when you will start applying your antidote on a daily basis.

In many ways, it is similar to physical training. One session can initiate change, but it is the continued engagement that strengthens it and makes it lasting.

The work itself is not heavy or unpleasant. In fact, the antidote we discover is often something unexpectedly simple — and something you will genuinely enjoy engaging with. It is rarely what people expect, which is part of what makes the process so effective (and often fun!).

How many sessions will I need?

Most clients experience a significant internal shift within a single focused session. Lasting stability is then achieved through a personalised 49-day reinforcement phase to solidify the new response.

Will I need to talk about my past?

No - not in the way you might expect.

You don’t need to revisit or relive distressing experiences.
We will be working with your emotions and not with your thoughts - that’s where the work happens.

How quickly will I see results?

Many people notice a clear shift during or shortly after the session.

What matters more is what happens afterwards.

The following 49 days are designed to stabilise the change — so it becomes something you can rely on, not just something you experienced once.

What is the 49-day process?

After the session, you’ll follow a structured integration process tailored specifically to you - this is where the new response is reinforced and becomes natural.

Without this step, change is often temporary. With it, it stabilises.

Does it have anything to do with NLP?

No. Nothing is suggested or imposed during the session, and nothing is “done” to you.

The process is guided, but all insights and shifts come from you.

What kind of issues can this help with?
