Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
1. Definitions
“Service” refers to Nebula Cortex sessions and any associated communication or materials.
“Client” refers to any individual who books or participates in a session.
2. Nature of the Service
2.1 The Service is provided for personal development purposes only.
2.2 The Service does not constitute medical advice, psychological therapy, or any form of healthcare treatment.
2.3 The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
2.4 By engaging in the Service, the Client acknowledges that Nebula Cortex operates as a non-clinical, educational, and personal development offering.
3. Client Responsibility
3.1 The Client acknowledges that outcomes are dependent on their own participation and engagement.
3.2 The Client agrees to take full responsibility for implementing any insights, practices, or actions arising from the session.
3.3 Nebula Cortex shall not be held responsible for the Client’s actions, decisions, or results following the session.
4. Session Requirements
4.1 Sessions are typically conducted over a continuous two-hour period.
4.2 The Client is responsible for ensuring:

a private and uninterrupted environment

punctual attendance

a reliable internet connection where applicable
4.3 Nebula Cortex is not liable for any disruption caused by the Client’s environment or technical issues.
5. Booking and Payment
5.1 All sessions must be booked in advance.
5.2 A session is not confirmed until full payment (or agreed deposit) has been received.
5.3 All payments are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
6.1 The Client may reschedule a session with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
6.2 Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
6.3 Failure to attend a scheduled session shall be treated as a missed appointment and is non-refundable.
6.4 In the event that Nebula Cortex needs to reschedule, reasonable notice will be provided and an alternative time will be offered.
7. Suitability of Service
7.1 The Client confirms that they are in a stable mental and emotional condition at the time of booking.
7.2 The Service is not suitable for individuals in acute distress, crisis, or requiring clinical intervention.
7.3 The Client agrees that the Service is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological care.
7.4 Nebula Cortex reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the Service if it is deemed unsuitable for the Client.
8. No Guarantees
8.1 While the Service is structured to support change, no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.
8.2 Individual experiences and results may vary.
9. Confidentiality
9.1 All information shared by the Client during the session, as well as any written or verbal communication before or after the session, will be treated as strictly confidential.
9.2 Nebula Cortex will not disclose, share, or distribute any Client information to third parties without the Client’s explicit consent.
9.3 Confidentiality applies to the content of the session, personal details, and the nature of the issue being addressed.
9.4 The only exceptions to confidentiality are where disclosure is required by law, or where there is a reasonable belief of risk of serious harm to the Client or others.
9.5 While Nebula Cortex maintains strict confidentiality, the Client is responsible for ensuring their own privacy during the session, including the use of a private and secure environment.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nebula Cortex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the Service.
10.2 The Client accepts full responsibility for their participation and any outcomes resulting from the Service.
11. Agreement
11.1 By booking a session, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
